We understand that horse ownership is expensive and we want to be able to provide horses for a small number of riders that want to enjoy horses without the long term commitment of ownership. Please contact us regarding leases and half-leases on available horses. |

| Lease Requirements: | |
| Leasee is responsible for paying board on the horse and all veterinary care including vaccinations and coggins; all farrier care; insurance for the value of the animal with a mortality and theft policy; and all training and/or lessons. | |
